During the Covid19 pandemic my friend Karen and I took turns setting up still lifes at our houses. I had this mirror and wondered what it would look like to have a still life on the mirror. It took a few days to finish tinkering and get suggestions from Shoko, which resulted in the darkening of the reflection at the bottom. This is a bit larger than my usual paintings. I've been trying to work larger.
