Painted during the 2010 First Brush of Spring paintout in Harmonie State Park near New Harmony, Indiana.
It was a lovely spring afternoon near the boat launch at Harmonie State Park a stones throw from my favorite trail.
The light, shadows, water, and yellow new leaves work very well. The grass and the tree trunks need work.
