Painted at Big Bend National Park in extreme southwest Texas along the Window trail between the Chisos Basin campground and the Window.

We had taken the trail down to the window, a narrow crack between two rock walls looking out over a precipitous drop and spectacular view. On the way back up I spotted this yucca and had to paint it.

If I was doing it again, I would move the yucca down & to the left and put more sky behind the green.
