Still Lifes
For two Saturdays in a row I've been a participant in paint-outs, first at the Indiana Medical History Museum on June 16, then in Franklin, Indiana on June 23. I decided that I would try and continue doing a painting every Saturday. So I set up this still life on a table in the shade on the south side of the house. I call it Midsummer because it is a reminder of all the things happening at this time of year; peaches ripening, coneflowers & hydrangeas blooming.
