One of the regulars at pottery class was showing me something called "pulling from the mountain," a way of making small pieces without worrying about centering. I got seriously hooked on it and have started making these tiny pots. There is a dime in the middle of the 4 pots to provide scale. All are less than 2 inches tall.
It seems strange for a guy who is 6'5", 230 pounds to make such tiny pieces. But they are just too much fun.
