Painted at the 2005 First Brush of Spring in New Harmony.

I worked on this two mornings and was never completely satisfied with it. At one point I stepped back to look at it and trod on my glasses, popping the lenses out. I managed to put them back together with the lenses on the wrong sides.

I gave this painting as a wedding gift to a coworker.

It isn't as terrible as I thought at the time, but it really needed more work.
