Get well card for my Aunt Helen. Ellen & I and Ellen's mom took a camping trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. One morning I woke up before the others and took a walk on the beach. I noticed that the birds running toward the water behind a receding wave left footprints that were quickly erased by then next wave. This was my attempt to capture it.
